Manta Dive Gili Trawangan reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Services

We provide scuba diving courses, fun dives, snorkeling trips, equipment rental, and related services. All services are subject to availability and may change without notice.

Booking and Payments

Booking Confirmation

• Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of deposit or full payment
• Reservations may be released if payment is not received within the stated timeframe

Payment Methods

• We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfer, and other methods listed on our website
• Third-party payment providers may charge processing fees

Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling (Diving & Activities)

We aim to be fair and flexible while protecting our operations.

a. Refund Eligibility

Deposits are non-refundable once eLearning or course materials have been issued
Non-refundable bookings are clearly marked

b. Timeframes

Cancellations up to 14 days before start date: full refund
Within 14 days: up to 50% cancellation fee may apply

c. Rescheduling

Free rescheduling up to 7 days prior to booking
Within 7 days: a small fee may apply

d. Partial Refunds

May be issued if a course or activity is not fully completed

e. Exceptions

Considered on a case-by-case basis (e.g. medical issues, weather, travel disruption)
Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days.

Accommodation Cancellation Policy

For all room bookings at Manta Dive:

• Free cancellation up to 8 days before check-in (full refund less any bank charges)
• Cancellations made within 7 days before check-in: 50% of total booking will be charged (partial refund less bank charges)
• Changes after check-in are charged in full
• No-shows are charged in full
• We are not liable for cancellations or modifications due to:

Travel delays or disruptions

• Changes in travel plans
• Weather affecting travel
• No refunds will be issued in these cases. However, we are happy to provide documentation (invoice and confirmation letter) for travel insurance claims.

Diving Courses & Safety

Prerequisites

Participants must meet all course prerequisites.

Medical Conditions

• You must disclose any medical conditions
• A doctor’s clearance may be required before diving

Safety Compliance

All activities follow international diving standards (e.g. SSI)
Participants must follow all instructor guidance at all times

Liability & Assumption of Risk

• Diving and water-based activities carry inherent risks
• By participating, you accept these risks
• Manta Dive, its staff, and affiliates are not liable for injury, loss, or damage except where required by law

Weather & Operational Conditions

• Diving and boat trips are weather-dependent
• We may reschedule or cancel activities for safety reasons
• Alternative dates or credit will be offered where possible

User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining your account details
• You agree to provide accurate information
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts for misuse

Intellectual Property

• All website content (text, images, branding) is owned by Manta Dive or its licensors
• Content may not be copied or used without written permission

Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and use personal data to:

• Manage bookings
• Ensure guest safety
• Improve services
• We do not sell your personal data.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Misuse the website or services
• Upload harmful or unlawful content
• Interfere with operations or other users

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes will be handled within Indonesian jurisdiction.
