SSI Padi Open Water Course Gili Trawangan

Learn to dive in a fun and safe environment. The Open Water course Gili Trawangan at Manta Dive, we are one of the most experienced dive operators in the region and will ensure you have a fun, relaxed and safe diving experience.  The Open Water diving Course is the most popular dive course for beginner divers. Although its possible to complete the Open Water Dive course in 3 days it is much more relaxed and most popular to complete it over 4 days.

The first two days are spent getting familiar with the equipment, practising skills in our swimming pool and going over theory with one of our multilingual diving instructors.  Once you have confidently completed the skills in the pool you are then allowed to go out into the Open Water (the sea).

After this course you will be fully and permanently certified to dive to 18 meters (Jnr Open Water Course 12m) when
accompanied by a similarly or more highly certified buddy.  This does not however mean that you are an experienced diver and we would always recommend beginner divers to continue going with a guide and continuing their diver education.
